​​The following are excerpts from reports recently generated by the Houston Police Department:
Between Aug. 26 and Sept. 1, the Houston Police Department answered 206 calls for service and initiated 50 traffic stops resulting in 13 citations and 46 warnings.
- On Aug. 26, officers cited Brooke L. Wade-Vaughan, 33, of Licking, for driving while suspended.
- On Aug. 27, officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of S. Sam Houston Boulevard for a domestic disturbance. Both parties separated for the evening and no charges were filed.
- On Aug. 29, officers assisted the Shannon County Sheriff’s Department with an assault investigation.
- On Aug. 30, officers responded to the 1400 block of S. Sam Houston Boulevard for a theft investigation. The investigation is ongoing.
- On Aug. 30, officers cited Scott L. Folsom, 36, of Houston, for driving while revoked.
- On Sept. 1, officers assisted the Licking Police Department with a DWI investigation.
