A Bucyrus man was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic assault following an Aug. 30 incident at a home.
Ryan D. Hutsell, born in 1977, is charged with the alleged crime following an incident involving a juvenile, authorities said, who noted markings on the skin consistent with strangulation.
Bond is set at $1,500 cash only. The charge is a class E felony.
