A soil and grazing management program is planned for March 28 in Houston.

The meeting was originally planned for Feb. 18, but was rescheduled due to the inclement weather.

The rescheduled meeting runs from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Lone Star Annex meeting room at 114 W. Main St.

MU Extension is offering the Soil and Grazing Management Program. Agronomy Field Specialist Haley Schwantz and Field Specialist in Dairy Chloe Collins will speak.

Farmers can take advantage of this opportunity to walk through soil test reports, discuss soil pH and fertility management and learn about different types of grazing systems.
