A Licking man is in the Texas County Jail without bond following his arrest Sunday morning, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Brandon S. Breeden, 44, was arrested on a Texas County warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked, having no insurance, having no valid registration and not wearing a seat belt.
