A Houston woman was charged Monday with felony drug charges following an investigation by the Texas County Sheriff’s Department.
Vikki L. Hebert, born in 1971, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
A deputy made contact May 31 with Hebert concerning an outstanding warrant on a felony stealing charge.
According to a report, Hebert admitted to having controlled drugs on her person. It field-tested positive for methamphetamines, authorities said.
