Houston Schools is holding an informational meeting Thursday night for home school and virtual learning students interested in participating in extra-curricular activities during the upcoming school year.
Recently passed legislation – Senate Bill 63 – provides the opportunity for families living within a school district’s boundaries.
Participation can include sports, band, choir and clubs, such as Future Farmers of America. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the high school cafeteria and led by Houston Athletic Director Brent Hall.
