Services: The family will hold a private celebration of life.

Judith (Judi) Kaye Watts, of Houston, Mo., was born Sept. 17, 1950, in Tacoma, Wash., and passed away on July 28, 2018, in Springfield, Mo.

She spent more than 30 years working for the U.S. government, retiring in 2005.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Kaye Bailey; her son, David L. Wolfe; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Wolfe; and her brother, David Bailey.

She is survived by her husband of almost 40 years, Bill Watts of the home; son, Michael; grandsons, David W. Wolfe (Nyla), Ryan Wolfe, Joshua Wolfe, Arius Watts, Chris Peck and Erin Lancaster; granddaughters, Danielle Mitchell and Star Watts; four great-granddaughters; and two sisters, Jackie Taylor and husband, Chris, of Kentucky and Jodi Cannon of Colorado.

Judi was an excellent quilter, a great cook and a very kind and loving lady. She was always there for her family, which she loved more than anything in the world. She will be greatly missed.

The family will hold a private celebration of Judi’s life.
