Between Oct. 13-19, the Houston Police Department responded to 179 calls for service and initiated 24 traffic stops, resulting in seven citations and 20 warnings.
On Oct. 14, officers were dispatched to the 6800 block of Millstone Road for a theft. The investigation is ongoing.
On Oct. 14, officers responded to the 1400 block of South Sam Houston Boulevard for a theft. Following an investigation, officers cited Kendra M. Hedgepath, 30, of Cabool, for stealing under $750.
On Oct. 15, officers responded to the 100 block of West Cedar Street for possible trespassing. No suspects were present when the incident was reported, and the victim only wanted the incident documented.
On Oct. 15, officers responded to U.S. 63, south of Route 17, for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported.
On Oct. 16, officers cited Teresa A. Holden-Bronson, 58, of Houston, for allowing an animal to run at large.
On Oct. 16, officers responded to the intersection of U.S. 63 and Brushy Creek Road for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported.
On Oct. 17, officers executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Ozark Terrace. During the search, narcotics and drug paraphernalia were located within the residence. A report will be forwarded to the Texas County prosecutor for formal charges on two individuals.
On Oct. 18, officers cited Clarence L. Hall, 33, of Houston, for driving while intoxicated.
On Oct. 18, officers responded to U.S. 63, near Chestnut Street, for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported.
On Oct. 18, officers responded to King Street for a missing juvenile, who was located a short time later.
On Oct. 18, officers cited Jamie E. Gath, 43, of Houston, for driving while suspended.
On Oct. 19, officers responded to the 1400 block of South Sam Houston Boulevard for a private property motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported.
On Oct. 19, officers responded to the 500 block of Hawthorn Street for a domestic disturbance. Following an investigation, officers cited Andrew C. Miller, 32, of Houston, for fourth-degree domestic assault.
On Oct. 19, officers cited Misty Smith, 36, of Houston, for driving while suspended.
On Oct. 19, officers cited a 17-year-old male for driving while intoxicated.
