After opening in downtown Houston in late June, the Dodo Shack is already moving.
Owner Jack Slater is relocating his restaurant from Grand Avenue to a space at 507 Holder Drive that was previously occupied by Broaster Chicken. Slater said his business will “definitely” be open in the new location by Nov. 1, but might open a day or two earlier (depending on multiple factors).
The Dodo Shack offers a variety of pizzas, paninis and salads. The menu can be viewed on the business’ website.
