One person was charged Saturday night following an accident in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Rhonda J. Grindstaff, 46, of Willow Springs, was arrested on charges of felony aggravated DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident, the patrol said.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
