A Houston man is charged with second-degree domestic assault, a class D felony, following an incident Nov. 17, authorities said.

Aaron Taylor, born in 1992, was charged after an investigation in the 100 block of North Street.

A victim told police she was allegedly assaulted. According to a report, Taylor admitted to pulling the victim’s hair and restraining her on the ground, as well as grabbing her neck.

Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.
