A 75-year-old Bucyrus woman was injured Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash south of Houston, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Travis Sullivan said a southbound 2022 Ford Transit operated by 37-year-old Rolla man was attempting to make a left turn, pulled in front of a northbound 2016 Ram 2500 driven by the woman and the truck hit the side of the Transit.
The woman, who had moderate injuries and was wearing a seat belt, was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
Both vehicles were totaled. The patrol released no names.
The accident slowed traffic north of Route RA and U.S. 63. Members of the Houston Rural Fire Department responded. Assisting at the scene was the Texas County Sheriff’s Department and Cpl. Jacob Sellars and Sgt. Dave Huffman of the patrol.
