Thanks in large part to a big third quarter, the Houston High School boys basketball team beat county rival Cabool, 74-64, during pool play in the fifth annual Houston Community Foundation Varsity Boys Basketball Tournament Tuesday in Tiger Fieldhouse.

Houston faces Couch Wednesday (Jan. 21) in another pool play contest, and the finals are set for Thursday (Jan. 22).
