A man from Licking was arrested Friday night in Laclede County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Ty A. Huff, 32, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), felony delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine) and endangering the welfare of a child, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Laclede County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
