After being postponed due to wintry weather, the 2026 Houston High School Hoop Queen coronation is now set for this Friday (Feb. 20).

The crowning ceremony will take place at 5:30 p.m. in Tiger Fieldhouse, prior to the HHS boys basketball game against Ava.

Candidates include freshmen Rhiannon Collins and Lillee Weaver, sophomores Claire Benoist and Sara Femia Calle, juniors Carissa Creek and Sage Parsons, and seniors Madison Meier and Macy Hebblethwaite.

Senior Night activities will follow the game.
