The Summersville City Cemetery on Route 17 received damage after severe weather swept through the area on March 15, officials said.

Several trees were uprooted, others damaged and headstones toppled.

Some of the damaged stones date to the 19th century.

Cemetery officials are working to raise $2,000 to fix the damage.
