Three inmates at the South Central Correctional Center at Licking are charged with weapons offenses.
•Skyler G. Harrison, born in 1995, is charged with delivery or possession of a weapon at a prison. According to a report, he was found in possession of a metal weapon in June 2025 after leaving a medical unit to receive medication. Cash bond is set at $5,000.
•Eric E. McCurtain, born in 1984, is charged with delivery or possession of a weapon at a prison. He had the weapon in his housing unit for protection, he said, in May 2025. Cash bond is set at $5,000.
•Deveis D. Sands, born in 1992, is charged with delivery or possession of a weapon at a prison. A 6.5-inch weapon with a sharpened point and a handle made of a washcloth or sock was found in June 2025. Cash bond is set at $5,000.
The charges were filed March 26.
