The Houston High School choir earned a pair of exemplary scores – gold – at the Missouri State High School Activities Association’s State Large Ensemble Festival.
The mass choir earned top honors in sight reading. The chamber choir also earned gold for the first time since 2019.
The bella voice group received silver.
The HHS choir is under the direction of Hershel Williams III.
