I am writing on behalf of one of the clowns that participated in the clown festival.
Her name is Sparkie and she had a life-size replica that was always in one of the windows during the festival. It was not there this year and she is interested in finding it.
I think she would like to purchase it, and if not, it certainly needs to be a part of our clown festival. If you have any information on Sparkie, please let me or Brenda Senter know. We would really appreciate it and I know Sparkie would. We want her back in the festival.
