Tpr. C.L. Park said the 18-year-old driver was northbound in a 2014 Dodge Dart that crossed the center line and struck a southbound 2011 Chevrolet Silverado operated by a 39-year-old St. Robert man.

The Plato driver was taken by ambulance to Phelps Health in Rolla. The other driver, who had moderate injuries, and a passenger with minor injuries, a 13-year-old St. Robert boy, were transported to General Leonard Wood Community Hospital following the 9:20 p.m. accident on Highway AW one mile south of Highway TT.
