A Raymondville man is charged with several offenses following law enforcement investigations.
Joshua E. Purcell, 42, a resident of Route 137, is charged with three counts of felony driving while revoked/suspended and having no insurance.
A trooper stopped Purcell on April 30 at Raymondville after noticing a truck had expired license plates and a passenger-side headlight was not functioning.
Purcell had been stopped March 3 in Houston by a county deputy following a near accident. A computer check showed he did not have a license. On April 4, Purcell was stopped by the patrol, which determined that he had no license.

That’s funny because Thompson v Smith states that ” the right to travel by automobile is a common right not a mere privilege”. It is a constitutional right. You arent required to have a driver’s license.
I see we have a sovereign citizen in our midst. You misinterpreted what the Virginia court ruled back in 1930.
By all means don’t get a license, and get caught. Feel free to hire the best legal team you can. You’re going to pay the price.
