No excuse, absentee balloting begins Tuesday, July 21.
Any registered voter can cast an absentee ballot in the county clerk’s office. It is located on the top level of the Texas County Administration Center on Grand Avenue in Houston.
The last day to request a ballot by mail is Tuesday, July 22.
