A Licking woman facing two warrants was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Phelps County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Jennifer M. Parker, 24, was wanted on a tampering charge from Texas County as well as a traffic offense violation from the Licking Police Department. She was taken to the Phelps County Jail.
