A Cabool man was arrested Monday afternoon on a felony fraud warrant for insufficient funds.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Samuel E. Butts, 50, was taken to the Howell County Jail following his 1:36 p.m. arrest. The warrant was from Wright County.
