A prisoner at the South Central Correctional Center at Licking died Wednesday, officials said.
David Frakes died just before noon at the West Highway 32 prison.
Frakes, 65, was serving a 25-year sentence for a first-degree statutory sodomy conviction from Buchanan County. He’d been in prison since January 2009.
Authorities said he died of apparent natural causes.
