A Cabool man was arrested and later released on a DWI charge on Saturday night, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Aaron B. Arthur, 34, of Cabool, also is charged with failure to drive on right half of roadway resulting in an accident and failure to display a bicycle flag on an ATV.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released.
