Freshman Kyler Ramsey scored a team-best 13 points Friday in the Houston Tigers’ 66-42 road loss at Ava.
Ramsey hit three of the team’s five 3-pointers and finished as the only player in double figures. Lucas Kelley had a team-high seven rebounds.
The Tigers (5-15, 0-3 South Central Association) lost their sixth straight game.
JUNIOR VARSITY: Isaiah Buse made two free throws with four seconds remaining Friday night to lift the JV Tigers to a 44-42 win at Ava.
Clayton Moore hit four triples en route to a team-high 16 points. Buse and Paydon Dixon scored eight points apiece.
