A Willow Springs man was arrested Thursday afternoon on a pair of drug charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Charles M. Hill, 30, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. in Texas County on two charges –– one felony and one misdemeanor –– unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
