A Licking man with three felony warrants was arrested Tuesday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and held without bond.
Michael S. Skouby, 35, had warrants for a traffic offense, resisting arrest and a probation and parole warrant for parole absconder. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
