A Cabool man was flown from an accident scene Friday afternoon at Mountain Grove.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2016 Kuboto tractor driven by Jake E. Sheppard, 28, was struck in the rear by a 2000 Nissan Maxima operated by Kyle L. Halsted, 23, of Mountain Grove.
Sheppard was flown by aircraft to Cox South with moderate injuries.
The patrol said both were wearing seat belts.
