Betty Jean Trout, 62, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016.
She was born Feb. 28, 1954, in Licking, daughter of Otis and Bobbie Jean Brinkley Tripp. She and Jerry Lee Trout were married May 21, 1972, at Beulah Baptist Church.
She accepted the Lord at an early age at the Licking Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She enjoyed riding horses with her husband, Jerry, listening to Elvis Presley and cross-stitching. As she got older, she enjoyed being around her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Warren Tripp.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry; a daughter, Misty Ullom of Sparta; a son, Donald Trout of Licking; five grandchildren; a step-granddaughter; two step-granddaughters; her parents; a brother, Kenneth Tripp; and many other family members.
Services were Monday, April 18, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Phillp McGuire and Everett Perkins officiating. Interment was in Trout Cemetery.
