Meth precursors were found during a county investigation Friday on a Cabool road.

The following are excerpts of reports generated by the Texas County Sheriff’s Department:

•A Houston man reported on Oct. 29 that a neighbor woman was repeatedly trespassing on his Horseshoe Drive property. An officer made contact with the woman and she was warned to stop.

•A man called Oct. 30 to report drug paraphernalia on Gardner Road at Cabool. An investigating officer found a small burn pile including lithium batteries, a small silver spoon and a half-burned sandwich baggie containing a clear granular substance resembling salt.

The officer stated the items were consistent with methamphetamine precursors.

•A deputy was dispatched at about 9 a.m. Oct. 30 regarding suspicious activity at a Highway N residence at Licking.

A woman who lives there told the officer she had heard voices talking to her in and around her house.

The officer was unable to locate anyone acting suspiciously.
