A Texas County man was arrested Saturday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Authorities said James J. Woolsey, 25, of Summersville, was arrested on a DWI charge and later released.
Christopher R. Romines, 34, of Raymondville, was cited Saturday on charges of possession of marijuana (less than 35 grams), misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and wearing no seat belt. He was cited at the scene and released.
