Most Texas County schools opened Thursday

Students in all but one Texas County school district returned to classes Thursday.

Houston, Cabool, Licking, Plato, Raymondville and Success all started the 2015-’16 school year on the same day. Summersville convenes on Monday.

For high school and middle school students in Houston, it was the first day inside the newly-constructed structure connecting the former high school and middle school buildings.
