Rayella Spinelli, 88, passed away Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014, at her home in Houston.

She was born July 8, 1926, in Clarksville, Ark., daughter of Albert and Bertie Shaw Ford. She and Domenick Anthony Spinelli were married in 1946.

She spent her life caring for her family and home. She loved God, her family and others. She also loved her pets and enjoyed gardening, reading, drawing and sewing.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a baby brother; a baby sister; her husband, Domenick Spinelli; and an infant daughter, Loretta.

Survivors include five daughters, Sherry Wood of Milford, Pa., Babetta Spinelli of Big Lake, Wash., Christina Kay Wimberley of Houston, Ramona Kellogg of Mount Vernon, Wash., and Robin Jacob of Oxnard, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Graveside services are Jan. 2, in Maple Leaf Cemetery in Oak Harbor, Wash., with the Rev. Cordie Wimberley officiating. Local arrangements were under the direction of Elliott-Gentry-Carder Funeral Home.
