Bonnie M. Russell Brown, 77, passed away Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, at Mountain View Health Care.
She was born Jan. 23, 1937, in Summersville, daughter of Ray and Stella McCallister Houston. She married Jerry Russell.
She was a member of the Methodist Church in Summersville. She attended church until she was unable due to failing health.
She cherished spending time with her family, especially taking road trips.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Betty House.
Survivors include three sons, Kenny Russell and Denny Russell of Summersville and Jay Russell of Willow Springs; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Bob Houston; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Services were Saturday, Dec. 20, at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Atchison officiating. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery.
