A Roby woman escaped injury when her vehicle was struck Saturday while making a turn in Carter County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. M.L. Freeman said a southbound 2003 PT Cruiser driven by Elizabath A. Wofford, 34, was making a left-hand turn when her vehicle was struck by a southbound 2012 Chevrolet Cruze operated by Tina L. Garner, 42, of Centerville. The accident occurred on Highway 21 about five miles north of Centerville, the patrol said.
A passenger, Judith A. Garner, 72, of Centerville, was taken to a Ellington hospital with minor injuries. Freeman said both were wearing seat belts.
