Three persons were injured in a 11:30 a.m. crash on Sunday, June 15, about two miles south of Success on Highway 17.

Three persons were injured — including two children — in a two-car crash Sunday morning south of Success.

Sgt. George Falterman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said a southbound 2004 Ford F-150 driven by Amanda K. Taylor, 32, of Cabool, struck a southbound 1993 Dodge Shadow operated by Franklin R. Pearson, 23, of Bucyrus, as it was making a left turn.

Two children from Cabool in the Taylor truck — Dallas P. Milko, 11; and Daniel G. Milko, 9 — were taken by ambulance with minor injuries to Texas County Memorial Hospital. Pearson had moderate injuries and was taken to TCMH by private vehicle to TCMH.

Everyone except Pearson, whose vehicle was totaled, was wearing a seat belt, Falterman said. Taylor’s pickup had extensive damage.
