Ruth Virginia Rodgers Hobson, 86, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013, in Licking.
She was born June 26, 1927, in Licking, daughter of Walter S. Rodgers and Eva Mae Barton Rodgers. She and Kenneth V. Hobson were married June 9, 1945.
She was member of the United Methodist Church in Licking. She professed a faith in Jesus Christ at an early age.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant grandson.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth of Licking; a daughter, Bobby Lou Camden of Salem; two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents and an infant grandson.
Services were Thursday, Aug. 8, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Harry Foley officiating. Burial was in Licking Cemetery.
