Robert Mires Tilley, 91, of Temple, Texas, died Tuesday, July 9, 2013.
He was born Oct. 11, 1921, in Houston, son of Robert Bruce and Virginia Young Tilley. He and Dorotha Truelove were married Feb. 4, 1978, in Amarillo, Texas.
Memorial services with full military honors were Saturday, July 13 at Episcopal Church in Temple, Texas, with Father David officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas. Arrangements were under the direction of Hewett-Arney Funeral Home of Temple, Texas.
