The Missouri Department of Conservation says 101 turkeys were bagged on the opening day — Monday — of spring season.
The breakdown: 83, adult hens; two, juvenile gobblers; and 16, juvenile hens.
Franklin County lead the state with 151.
The season is concludes May 5.
