City of Houston incumbents completed paperwork Tuesday for re-election. It was the first day of filings.
Mayor Don Tottingham and council members Sharon Sillyman, Ward I; Charles “Chalky” Wells, Ward II; and David Arthur, Ward III, are seeking re-election.
Incumbent Sharon Horbyk has filed for re-election to the Houston board of education. The other incumbent is Doug Castleman.
The deadline to file is Jan. 15.
