Ursie Uraine (Kelley) Moore, age 99, daughter of John Claud and Ida Mae (Boyer) Kelley was born Feb. 17, 1924 in Kansas City, Mo. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 15, 2024 at her home in Houston, Mo., just two days shy of her 100th birthday.
