Margaret “”Margie”” Faye Wallis, 78, daughter of Orvis Earl and Madra Fanny Hebblethwaite Wallis, was born Sept. 29, 1923, at Licking. She died July 12, 2002, at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston. She was baptized in 1946 and was a member of the Methodist church at Advance. She moved back to the Licking area 19 years ago. She enjoyed embroidering and quilting. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald and Doyle Wallis; and her daughter, Deanna Czebely. Surviving are one sister, Doris Wallis of Licking; a brother, Lloyd Wallis of Fenton; and an adopted granddaughter. Services were July 14 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Floyd officiating. Burial was in the Boone Creek Cemetery. “
