Marion Josephine Ozman, 88, daughter of Charles and Lydia Meyers Peterson, was born Feb. 13, 1914, at Junction City, Kan. She died July 18, 2002, at Geary Community Hospital in Junction City, Kan. She graduated from Junction City High School in 1933 and from Salvation Army School for Officers Training in 1936. She married Leo Morris in 1938. He died in 1945, and she married George Roberts in 1946. They di-vorced in 1947. She later married Alfred D. Ozman in 1966. He died in 1990. Mrs. Ozman was a Salvation Army officer from 1936 to 1938. She worked in the laundry at Fort Riley during World War II. She was the head of the USO in Junction City until 1953 and was supervisor of the property control supply divi-sion at Fort Riley, retiring from Civil Service in 1973. She was a Good Sams member. In addition to two husbands, she was preceded in death by one sister, Ellen King; six brothers, Charles, Williard, Robert, Walter, Edward and Ralph Peterson; and one grand-child. Surviving are three daughters, Dorothy Spencer of Houston, Betty Jo Youngfleisch of Junction City, Kan., and Margaret Barber of Wichita, Kan.; three sisters, Marguerite Wilson, her twin, of Brea, Calif., Pearl DeLong of Baldwin City, Calif., and Lucille Dixon of Dixon; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Services were July 24 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Junction City, Kan. Burial was in the Highland Cemetery at Junction City, Kan. “
