Stephanie Irene Herman Strom, 30, daughter of Russell and Lillie Herman, was born Jan. 14, 1972, in St. Louis. She died Sept. 9, 2002, near Lenox. She married Matthew Strom March 14, 1998. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Lottie Byars. Surviving are her husband of the home; two sons, Randal William Nathan Hannan, 10, of Rolla and Matthew Martin Strom, 3, of the home; one daughter, Amanda Nikole Strom, 4, of the home; her mother of Lenox; three brothers, Chris Herman and Harold Herman of Salem and Joseph Herman of Lenox; and a sister, Victoria Herman of Rolla. Graveside services were Sept. 13 at the Trout Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Robbins and Barbara Garcia officiating under the direc-tion of Fox Funeral Home of Licking. “
