Services are 10:30 today (Thursday) at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel for Edna I. Phillips of Houston. The Rev. David Jett will officiate. Burial will be in the New Hope Cemetery at Solo. Mrs. Phillips, 76, died Sunday at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston. Visitation is 6 to 7 o’clock Wednesday evening at the Evans chapel. “
