Bonnie Ruth Dunigan, 86, daughter of Frank and Ida Miller White, was born Jan. 3, 1916, at Simmons. She died Dec. 4, 2002, at her home in Houston. She loved spending time with her family and cooking their favorite treats: buns, chocolate pie and gooseberry cobbler. She loved taking her friends with her on trips to Mountain Grove or to the grocery store. She attended the Assembly of God in Houston for 55 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 45 years, Thurman E. Dunigan; three brothers, Jim, Luther and Bill White; and her sister, Gracie White. Surviving are a daughter, Delaine Alger of Houston; two sons, Dean Dunigan of Big Fork, Mont., and Dewaine Dunigan of Houston; four grandchildren and six great-grand-children. Services were Dec. 7 at the Assembly of God in Houston with the Rev. Bob White and the Rev. David Meade officiating. Burial was in the Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Evans Funeral Home. “
