Services are 2 p.m. Friday at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel for Arthur Rogers of Plato. Burial will be in the Number One Cemetery. Mr. Rogers, 82, died Monday at the Harry S Truman Veterans Hospital in Columbia. Visitation is 6 to 7 o’clock tonight (Thursday) at the Evans chapel. “
