Spencer Gordon Lewis, infant son of Jack and Brenda Tudor Lewis, was born Nov. 1, 2003, at Springfield. He died March 3, 2004, at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Clinton Edward Tudor; and paternal grandfather, Jack R. Lewis Sr. Surviving are his parents of Salem; four brothers, Daniel Lewis of Bluffdale, Utah, Jay Lewis, Ezra Lewis and David Lewis of Salem; three sisters, Rachel Douglas of West Jordan, Utah, Cara Lewis of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Nanny Lewis of Salem; his paternal grandparents, Vance and Audrey Christsen of Richfield, Utah, maternal grandparents, Alfred and Karen Canby of West Plains; and great-grandmother, Irene Fazel of Perry, Iowa. Services were March 5 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints with Ronald Newson officiating. Burial was in the Pine Lawn Cemetery at Houston under the direction of Evans Funeral Home. “
